FLO Yoga & Cycle offers two low impact, but high intensity activities. Yoga classes are room temp, warm or hot and are designed for experienced yogis and beginners. Cycling classes are energetic rides in our soundproofed room with concert quality lighting and sound. If you can't decide between the two, try our FLO Fusion classes which combine 30 mins of cycling with 30 mins of yin or flow yoga. All of our classes are designed to promote safety, longevity, and fun!
Giving back is a core value at FLO. As part of our FLO it Forward Program, every Tuesday night we'll offer one cycling class and one yoga class at half price. Get yourself a spot on a bike or mat and 100% of the proceeds will go to our selected charity for that quarter. FLO it Forward classes are the perfect way to make the world a better place while doing something you love!
