SUMMARY:Manifesto Project
DESCRIPTION:The Manifesto Project is part of a larger movement of over 50 towns and cities in Arizona that are capturing the voice of a generation.\n\n \n\n Gangplank\, Chandler Chamber of Commerce\, Downtown Chandler Community Partnership\, Itericom and ICAN are joining together to host Chandler's Manifesto Project Event.\n\n \n\n Registration starts at 5:00pm\n\n Manifesto Event: 5:30-7:30pm\n\n \n\n ABOUT THE PROJECT:\n\n \n\n Following the release of the Center for the Future of Arizona's report\, "The Arizona We Want 2.0\," a group of young leaders decided to tackle the question: How do we keep young leaders in Arizona? Instead of the traditional path of top-down problem solving - a grassroots movement is unfolding. Young leaders from 50+ towns and cities from across Arizona will host a Manifesto Event in their home town between April 9th and August 1st.\n\n \n\n The intention is to capture the voice of a generation.\n\n \n\n Over the course of the next 5 months\, The Manifesto Project will visually depict what young Arizonan's want for the future of the state. Each Manifesto event will ask young leaders 3 probing questions about what they desire for the future of the state. The events will also capture the information from young leaders who want to join boards and jump into leadership positions to make such change a reality.\n\n \n\n In the fall\, The Manifesto Project will produce a series of physical posters\, banners\, and other media content to capture the individual city and statewide outcomes from the various Manifesto events. The desired outcome is to place over 100 young leaders in positions of leadership to influence desired change and gather a network of over 5\,000 young leaders on social media who are ready to take action to make Arizona a better place.\n\n \n\n You can read more here: http://themanifestoproject.org/\n\n \n\n Help make the Arizona you want.
