Since joining ATRA in 2000\,\n\n	Jennifer has covered countless taxation and spending issues for ATRA\,\n\n	specializing in county\, municipal government\, as well as education\n\n	finance issues.  Jennifer's experience in taxation prior to working at\n\n	ATRA included more than 11 years of property assessment experience\n\n	at the Maricopa County Assessors office\, the Yavapai County Assessors\n\n	office\, and the Arizona Department of Revenue.  She received her\n\n	Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Arizona State University. \n\n	Jennifer currently serves on the Debt Oversight Commission and the\n\n	Arizona School Facilities Board.
