He has also held positions as Government Affairs Director for the Arizona Board of Regents and as Vice President of the Arizona Tax Research Association. Mr. Hunter is a recognized expert in public finance and taxation\, and has served on numerous committees in state government\, including the Arizona Fiscal Accountability Committee and the School Finance Advisory Committee. He received his Bachelor's Degree in political science from the California State University\, Long Beach\, and his Master of Arts\, also in political science\, from the University of California\, Riverside.
