The restaurant name\, Forefathers\, was chosen as a way to pay homage to the founding fathers of our country and the ''founding fathers'' of the Philly cheesesteak. The restaurant was designed to portray the look and feel of a professional chain concept with unique family touches\, including a hallway that honors people who have given their lives as the ultimate sacrifice
