DESCRIPTION:Chandler Museum is hosting The Art of Survival: Enduring the Turmoil of Tule Lake\, Dec. 27\, 2016   Jan. 27\, 2017. This exhibit explores the experiences and events at Tule Lake\, a Japanese American camp where many prisoners from Arizona's Gila River Internment Camp were transferred. The traveling exhibition uses haunting images of artifacts to give a glimpse into the lives of those who were held at this unique WWII confinement site. An opening reception for the exhibit will be held Friday\, January 6\, 2017\, 6   8 p.m.
