You will need to provide a Carnival-themed game or activity that will be facilitated right at your table\, which will give you great one-on-one time with the attendees. \n	BRING a table\, tablecloth and your marketing materials. (Raffle gift optional)\n\nPlease have this form completed by 5/4/23 and emailed to chandlerdcr@koelschsenior.com.  Each vendor will handle their own tickets and the distribution of the gift to the winner. This is a great opportunity to gain leads in growing your business. \n\nVendor Check In:\n\n\n	Check in for booth starts at 9:30 AM\n	Set up needs to be completed by 10:30 AM\n	Each vendor will have an assigned location and will be provided a map with that location at check-in.\n	We ask that you stay until 1 PM when the event is scheduled to end. \n	PARKING-enter through the west side front entrance and park in any unmarked spots\, on the north\, south or west side of the property.  You can pull up front only to unload. Please do NOT park in resident labeled spaces\, thank you!\n\n \n\nWe expect this event to be well attended. It will be promoted at networking events and with local community partners and emailed to our database.  Please feel free to put out the word to your contacts as well.
