She is a voracious reader\, a passionate advocate against injustice\, and committed to being a lifelong learner. Her educational background is in psychology and spent 8 years working in higher education as a Resident Director. \n\n\n\nThroughout her work in the field of leadership development\, she has invested time in learning about many different personality tests & tools\, and is passionate about helping individuals\, teams\, and groups develop into the best versions of themselves. \n\n \n\n \n\nDuring this interactive virtual event\, Nicole will share more on the importance of self-awareness and lifelong learning\, as key elements in advocating for change and growth\, even when change may be uncomfortable.
