In this session you will be introduced to the logic behind Searching Engine Results Pages and learn about the concept of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Explore the theory of SEO such as keyword identification, keyword integration and backlink integration. Have the chance to practice applying these techniques to a real product webpage. From a technical standpoint, you will be introduced to various online tools that can help you identify effective links and keyword phrases and will have a chance to use an open source website management tool to edit the product catalog page by adding a textual content and links. Finally you'll learn how to think long-term about your SEO and how to make SEO part of your online marketing strategy. You will leave the class with a full understanding of the steps you need to take in order to create and maintain a search engine optimized business website
