Breakthrough: Portraits of Women in Science
Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas is partnering with Science Friday for a special screening of Breakthrough: Portraits of Women in Science. This screening is at 5pm on Saturday, March 31st. BREAKTHROUGH is a short film anthology from Science Friday and Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) that follows women working at the forefront of their fields. Immediately following the film there will be a Q&A hosted by Danielle Dana, the Executive Director of Science Friday. The Q&A will feature Dr. Karletta Chief, one of the women featured in the film.
