Especially for Chandler Community Understanding the Journey of Dementia Join us to learn about dementia and what resources are available to help patients and families. Participants will learn to: *Understand dementia and how it progresses from early to advanced stages. *Develop strategies for making and maintaining meaningful connections with the person with dementia. *Value the caregiver role and explore ways to reduce stress.
