How to Facilitate and Participate in "Safe Space" Conversations

As social justice issues continue to be brought to light, we've seen the importance of having safe space conversations. Leaders may know that they need to address the issues taking place and embrace diversity, but can sometimes feel a need for guidance on what to say and how to say it, instead of staying silent. It is important to keep communication open- there is responsibility on both ends of the conversation that should not be taken lightly.
