About Us
The core business of Arizona Public Service (APS) is the safe generation, transmission and distribution of electricity to more than 3 million business and residential customers in 11 of Arizona’s 15 counties. APS is the largest and longest-serving electric utility in the state. We are 131 years old; we are the state’s largest taxpayer; and we employ nearly 6,400 Arizonans. Our business intent is to continue a strong commitment of safety, service, reliability, and delivering affordably-priced energy to consumers.
