A Conversation about faith traditions
Join us for our December lecture, as we create space to hear about some of the faith traditions in our community. Religion has been central to the human experience since the beginning of time. Yet, misunderstanding about different religious experience is often viewed with suspicion and or through a deficit lens. In this lecture, we seek to build understanding through learning of the tenets of each faith, holiday traditions, misconceptions and what educators need to know about students who observe the faith tradition.
