Susan Lowell, the Tucson author of numerous children's books, returns to Sibley's West for a book-signing event on Dec. 19. Susan, who is publisher at Treasure Chest Books, has written dozens of books, including "The Three Little Javelinas," "A Very Hairy Christmas" and "Cindy Ellen: A Wild Western Cinderella."
