She has both small business and the large corporate experience. She holds the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Growth Curve Strategist, Certified Professional in Behavioral Analyst and Certified Professional Motivators Analyst. She is currently the Co-President of the Arizona Human Resources Executive Forum.
