Arizona achieved statehood in 1912, but that’s far from our state’s true history. 15,000 years ago, the first Native Americans settled in the harsh desert landscape, planting corn in 2,000 BC & developing winding canals that still exist today.

Meet the descendants of these American peoples at our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) event, where you’ll learn the current state of affairs for Arizona’s tribal nations - their challenges, their victories, & their newest community projects.
