Dear Prospective Sponsor or Donor, Kingdomwork Studio in partnership with Bridge the Gap Foundation, warmly invites the City of Chandler, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, and the businesses and residents of Chandler to join us in celebrating our annual Family Fun Festival on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at A.J. Chandler Stage Park in Chandler, Arizona — a festive, six-hour kickoff to Labor Day weekend for the entire community. With an anticipated attendance of 750 to 1,000 community members, this community celebration will bring Chandler families, businesses, and community organizations together for an afternoon of live entertainment, food and craft vendors, and fun activities for children of all ages. As a hometown Chandler tradition, the festival offers a high-visibility opportunity to honor the spirit of Labor Day while celebrating the residents and workers who make our community thrive. We are seeking financial sponsors, individual donors, and in-kind partners to help make this meaningful community experience possible. For the City of Chandler, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, and local businesses, sponsorship is an opportunity to stand visibly alongside the residents you serve, strengthen community partnerships, and continue bringing people from diverse backgrounds together through service, celebration, and connection. Founded in September 2022, Bridge the Gap Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to provide support and resources where they are needed most. Our work includes: • Supporting underserved and underfunded schools • Assisting shelters serving single mothers and their children • Sponsoring families during the holiday season • Providing mentorship and life-coaching opportunities • Supporting youth and adult literacy • Conducting community outreach programs • Hosting annual events that uplift, empower, and unite communities Since our founding, our programs, outreach efforts, and events have been funded primarily through membership dues and in-kind contributions. We have not previously had the benefit of ongoing financial sponsors. We are now seeking committed partners — including the City of Chandler, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, and Chandler residents and businesses — who will help us bridge this funding gap and expand the important services we provide. Sponsors and donors contributing $500 or more will receive a 10’ X 10’ booth space at the Family Fun Festival, complimentary recognition in our official event program booklet, the opportunity to address the audience about your organization’s mission, and advertising on the Bridge the Gap Foundation website for one full calendar year. Additional sponsorship opportunities and benefits are also available.
