GET DEFENSIVE!!!! Women's Self-Defense Workshop

Chandler Mixed Martial Arts will be hosting a Women's Self-Defense Workshop - just in time for the upcoming busy shopping season! Participants will learn how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations, how not to become a victim, and how to fight off an asailant if confronted. This two-hour long workshop will cover Avoidance and Awareness Tactics, Understanding Fear and Adrenaline, Close-Range Tactics, Stun and Run Moves, and more! Chandler MMA's workshop will promote Integrity, Discipline, Self-Esteem and Respect - all helping to develop strong life skills!

This event is open to the all women, ages from 12 years and up, and will be held on Saturday, November 17 from 11am to 1pm at the facility located on 7225 West Harrison Street, Chandler 85226 (inside Polar Ice building). Cost is $25 per Adult; $20 ages 12-17; $30 walk-ins - and reservations are necessary.
