Jon will present some of the concepts and thoughts from the book “The Danger Zone”, written by Jerry Mills, CEO of B2B CFO®  It describes the life cycle of a company and what happens when a business approaches and enters the Danger Zone.  Jon will provide insight to help you avoid or get out of the Danger Zone.
