Today's Program Speaker is Wayne Pratt. Wayne Pratt is the Owner and Head Coach of The Growth Coach.  He coaches business owners and executives and helps them clarify their vision of success, maintain a laser focus on that vision and provides the accountability necessary for them to succeed. 
 
Prior to The Growth Coach, Wayne has served as Chief Financial Officer for various Internet and Technology related start-up companies in the Phoenix area as well as Silicon Valley.  As CFO f the various companies, Wayne was heavily involved in setting the strategic vision and then helping to build the Company around that vision.
