Did you know suicide is the second-leading cause of death among people age 15 to 24 in the U.S? One of the top ways to reduce these risks are to empower youth with education on how to open the conversation about mental health, the common signs of mental health challenges, the impact community violence has on mental wellbeing, and how to identify. This FREE course will be facilitated by local nonprofit notMYkid in partnership with Dignity Health. Youth must attend all three sessions to graduate with their Teen Mental Health First Aid certification.
