Tanaha Hairston, founder of RISE, has dedicated her career to educating women business owners on value-aligned investing.

She holds an MBA with a focus on finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Arizona State University.

Her mission is clear: to redefine wealth by mobilizing capital for impact and financial success.

Tanaha has also founded IIC Capital, a platform specializing in large-scale real estate investments for affordable housing and community development - designed to generate passive income, reduce taxable income, and create lasting community transformation.
