Who Are These People??

Gen Y's (born between 1977 and 1990)

and Millennials (born starting 1991 and still

coming) are often classified as one group.

While both have similarities, the each have

their own individual characteristics. Born

after the Internet took over our lives,

television with no color, phones connected

to walls, and airports without security

guards are read about in history books.

The most "connected" generations ever,

they have little time for snail mail, books,

magazines and newspapers. The are very

socially and environmentally conscious,

and truly believe in the concept of giving

back.

In this presentation we will talk about:

? The workplace challenges

of what this group of young people are

all about.
