Key Responsibilities • Medication Management & Documentation • Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations. • Maintain accurate and timely entries in the Medication Assistance Record (MAR). • Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed. • Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols. • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room. • Resident Care & Support •
