CeCe's Hope Center is about improving the life and future of victims of sexual trauma or sex trafficking by bridging the gap in critical services required by this special population. CeCe's provides emergency services, case management/mentoring, leadership/entrepreneurship training and housing to girls 18-24 years of age.
