Nicholas Gonzales is a Phoenix-based urban planner and community advocate with over a decade of experience in real estate development, zoning law, and public policy. He has played a role in shaping the Phoenix Metro region through leadership positions with Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) and the City of Phoenix. He also served as Chair of the Phoenix Central City Village Planning Committee, where he led critical discussions on urban growth and land use. Nicholas has worked on rezoning and entitlement cases with respected Phoenix-based firms and contributed to the city's General Plan update during his time with the Phoenix Planning & Development Department. His civic involvement includes appointments to the Valley Metro Rising Artists Review Committee and the City of Chandler Board of Adjustment.
