Elizabeth Adkins is an author, keynote speaker, and executive coach who helps leaders and organizations navigate change, understand people more deeply, and make courageous decisions when the path forward isn’t clear.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Elizabeth spent more than two decades in federal service, including nearly 18 years with the Defense Intelligence Agency. As a senior intelligence officer, she worked in high-stakes environments around the world, including an eight-month deployment to Baghdad, Iraq. Her career taught her to look beyond what is being said, understand what drives people, and make decisions when the answers aren’t obvious.
Today, Elizabeth brings those lessons to leaders and organizations navigating change and uncertainty. She is the founder of The Red Currant, LLC and author of the forthcoming memoir Red Currant, a story of courage, self-trust, and choosing a life that is truly your own.
