LAZ Parking was founded over 40 years ago in 1981 by three best friends, Al Lazowski, Jeff Karp and Michael Harth, who still run the company today and live the philosophy of Putting People First. By this, we mean creating a culture of Servant Leadership for our employees and giving them the respect and support they need to be successful every day! Simply stated, our employees are encouraged and empowered to take action, fully engage and do whatever it takes to deliver on the promises we make to our clients. We support this environment by providing our teams with education, mentorship and authentic feedback that nurtures an environment where people can excel and continuously improve their performance.
