About Us
Mikey’s League is a nonprofit creating inclusive sports opportunities for athletes with disabilities. Founded in memory of Mikey Bender, we believe sports have the power to unite communities, foster friendships, and build confidence. Our programs ranging from flag football to basketball and baseball bring together athletes of all abilities to play, grow, and thrive side by side. Beyond the field, we provide caregivers with respite, create social connections, and challenge stereotypes about disability. By championing inclusivity through competition, teamwork, and fun, Mikey’s League empowers individuals to reach their extraordinary potential and helps families feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
