As Arizona’s home for inclusivity, OCC was founded under the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to age with dignity, creativity, and joy—whether they’re living with memory changes, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to strengthen their own brain and body wellness.

The new Chandler Campus offers something for everyone, including:

A welcoming Adult Day Club where older adults with cognitive changes can build friendships, express creativity, and thrive in a safe, engaging space.
The Hub, which hosts monthly mingles, workshops, and support groups for caregivers, complete with expert speakers and practical tools for navigating the caregiving journey.
