Our programs encourage participation through arts, wellness activities, and community. While this location focuses on social engagement, our upcoming facility will offer a full range of services, including a hub, clinic, and more.
Our History
Located in Chandler, Arizona, this location (formerly known as The Perfect Place) is Oakwood Creative Care’s social day club, designed for adults with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other age-related cognitive or physical challenges. This vibrant location offers a fun, creative, and safe environment for specialized engagement and socialization, perfect for those who do not require additional medical support, such as medication management.
