Artisanal French Bakery. In 1986, French Chef Fabrice Buschtetz created his version of the traditional Quiche Lorraine. The hallmark of this delicious pie is the rich, textured crust. When the family moved to Arizona in 2013, he adapted the French recipe to include fresh-grown local produce, Quiches & Pies specializes in retail and wholesale.
The quiches have been part of Cuisine & Wine Bistro's menu since its opening in 2015 and steadily grew in popularity. The demand inspired the Buschtetz family to create the Quiches & Pies brand. The quality of the quiches and pies will be the same as served at Cuisine & Wine Bistro.
