Group Training - An all levels foundation & form building program designed to increase strength, endurance, balance, & stability utilizing body weight; four key elements needed for overall health & well-being. Exercise mat or towel is highly recommended. Hydration is a must bring more than 16.9 oz. of water. Yoga -A yoga class to prepare the body for deep relaxation and restful sleep; we begin with a gentle flow, then move into a sequence of balance and floor poses with twists, bends, and stretches, encouraging body awareness.
