AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems spanning model research, engineering, and product ionization.
Architect and establish standards for the full ML lifecycle.
Develop and fine tune LLMs and transfer based models (BERT, Long former, Mixtral) for tasks such as NER, structured data extraction,moderation, and chatbot assistance.
Leverage and maintain scalable data pipelines (AWS MSK, Document DB, RDS, FastAPI, SageMaker) with monitoring and CI/CD.
Implement caching, indexing, and distribute strategies for resilience and low latency.
Drive MLOps best practices.
Translate research into practical, production ready solutions that align with business and customer needs.
