Flex Security Officer – Equipment & Property Watch

Lookout Security is seeking dependable Security Officers for our Flex Team. This position is ideal for security professionals looking to pick up shifts around another job, school schedule, retirement, or personal commitments.

Most assignments are low-interaction, "watch and report" posts focused on protecting equipment, materials, and property. If you enjoy working independently and staying alert in a quiet environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor construction sites, equipment yards, and other client properties

  • Conduct routine foot patrols and document activity using a smartphone-based reporting system

  • Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or fire hazards

  • Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures

  • Communicate professionally with clients, management, and law enforcement when necessary

What We're Looking For

  • Active Arizona DPS Guard Card (required)

  • At least 1 year of security experience

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to use smartphone-based reporting applications

  • Strong reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Drug-free workplace
