General Manager: Brewpub & Catering Operations

Posted: 04/25/2026

We are seeking a high-energy, positivity-radiating leader to helm our multi-faceted hospitality hub. This isn't just a "desk job"—we need a motivator who thrives on the floor and can balance the high-volume energy of a family-friendly brewpub with the logistical precision of a massive catering wing. Our facility is a unique ecosystem where a bustling brewpub, an elevated cocktail bar, and an expansive catering operation (including three food trucks and a mobile kitchen) all share one roof. Your mission is to ensure these distinct branches operate as one seamless, profitable machine. The Core Mission As the General Manager, you are the heartbeat of the business. While you provide high-level oversight to our established cocktail program, the majority of your time will be spent as the lead Front of House (FOH) floor manager for the brewpub. You are the "Conductor of Chaos," ensuring every family has a great experience and every staff member feels inspired. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a large, diverse team. You are a coach who builds a culture of "Yes" and keeps morale high through the busiest weekend shifts. Catering & Logistics: Provide strategic oversight for our massive catering department—overseeing logistics for weddings, three food trucks, and our mobile kitchen. You'll ensure the transition from the prep kitchen to the event site is flawless. Brewpub Excellence: Own the floor. You’ll be the primary presence in the brewpub, maintaining our family-friendly atmosphere and ensuring service standards never slip. Tech & Admin Mastery: Drive efficiency using Toast POS and manage the "numbers" (COGS, labor, inventory, and P&L) through Restaurant365. Collaborative Oversight: Support our Cocktail Bar Lead to ensure brand alignment while acting as the bridge between the kitchen, the trucks, and the FOH staff. The Details Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience). Schedule: Open availability is a must. Since we focus on a family-friendly vibe, we don't do much "late night," but weekends and holidays are our time to shine. The Commitment: Expect an average of 50 hours per week. Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision. 401k Retirement Plan. Competitive PTO and a positive, supportive work culture. Requirements Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume, multi-concept environment a plus. Logistical Savvy: Experience with off-site catering or food truck operations is a major plus. Systems Pro: Proficient in Restaurant365 and Toast. The "Radiant" Factor: You must have a track record of being a "positive motivator" who leads with empathy and energy rather than just authority.
