Position Summary:

The IV Technician will be responsible for the safe and efficient administration of IV infusions and injections, ensuring a superior client experience. This role requires strong clinical skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for wellness. Prior experience in a clinical, med spa, or wellness setting is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and administer IV therapy with precision and care

• Monitor clients throughout treatment to ensure safety and comfort

• Prepare IV drips and injections according to established protocols and physician orders

• Educate clients on the benefits of IV therapy and answer any treatment-related questions

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, vitals, and client feedback

• Follow strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with clinic policies

• Assist in inventory management of medical supplies and vitamins

• Support the clinical team with various wellness treatments and administrative tasks as needed

• Foster a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients

Qualifications:

• Active LPN, RN, or EMT license 

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on IV insertion experience

• Previous experience in a wellness clinic, med spa, or related field strongly preferred

• Exceptional venipuncture skills and comfort with multiple IV insertions daily

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver high-quality client care

• Knowledge of vitamins, nutrients, and hydration therapy is a plus

• CPR/BLS certification preferred
