Senior Analyst - Planning

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support production, supply chain, and capacity planning in the fast-paced semiconductor industry. This role develops reports that enable data-driven planning decisions

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support production, supply chain, and capacity planning
Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting planning decisions
Collaborate with planning and cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy
Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and data reliability
Support ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to address changing business needs
Ensure consistent data definitions, metrics, and visualization standards across reports
Document report logic, data sources, and business assumptions

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
3-5 years of experience
Experience developing Tableau dashboards for operational or planning use
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industry preferred
