Sally Putnam, a CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM Professional) started her financial planning career in 2004.  She quickly discovered a passion for helping clients through difficult times: Divorce, Death of a loved one, Disability and stepping out of the working world into Retirement. Sally became a CDFA® (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) because of her passion for helping clients through the divorce process. She is the founder of NOW Financial, a financial planning practice that helps clients through those “Now What do I do” moments. 

Robert grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and growing up would travel to Arizona every summer to spend time with family that lived in the Phoenix area.  He was very active in sports, and had opportunities to play college football.  After a serious knee injury, he decided to move to Arizona and attend ASU.  After school, he started working for Intel Corporation, and in 2020 celebrated his 25th year of service.  During his Intel career, Robert continued his passion for fitness, becoming a cycle and boot camp instructor for Mountainside Fitness Ocotillo.  This is where he met his wife Kary, Together in 2018 they founded Yoga's Arc.  A mobile-based yoga company, with over 30 certified instructors whose company motto is "Yoga for Everyone, Anywhere, Any Time!". 

Delaney is an Arizona native with a passion for her community. Growing up in Ahwatukee, both her parents were in the local real estate industry which set the groundwork for her entrance into a mortgage career. Achieving homeownership at 23, Delaney learned the value of the “American Dream.” Delaney is most fulfilled in her career when giving other first-time homebuyers the education and tools they need in order to experience the same freedoms. The Chamber has offered her opportunities to build her leadership skills, broaden her network, and give back to her community. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors as well as an Ambassador, and also acts as the liaison between the two.
