My name is Chuck Wolf, and I am the owner of Caring Transitions of Central Arizona.  I am married to my lovely partner in business as well, Tina Patterson.  Together we have six boys, ranging in age 33-20, and two dogs.  We have been in Chandler for the last seven years and are originally from California.  We have been in business for nearly five years, and members of the Chandler Chamber for nearly four years.  
 
I really enjoy being a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and have met several great people.  I am  the Ambassadors Chair, and I am very excited to be a part of such a great group. I am a member of the Board of Directors as of this year and I am very excited to be a part of this group to help the Chamber continue to grow and prosper.

I help people relocating to or from the Metro Phoenix Area. Raised in AZ, I began selling homes in Central Phoenix, followed by a career as a mortgage lender in Scottsdale. Ultimately, I chose to follow my passion for selling homes here in the Greater Phoenix Area. To better serve clients, I’ve enhanced my skills through rigorous professional education, reflected by my membership in the AZ REALTORS® Master of Real Estate Society. I serve on several committees at the local REALTOR® association, and I am a Chandler Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. I have been in the Financial Services industry for 30 plus years. A member of the Chandler Chamber in some capacity since 1997, managing branches for multiple financial institutions. Currently with Global Credit Union since 2020. I appreciate that Global Credit Union prioritizes giving back both to their members and the community we serve. I have lived in Chandler since 1997 with my husband and four children. My husband is a Chandler native. My children and my husband all attended and graduated from Chandler High School.

I am excited to serve as an ambassador for this vibrant and growing city.

Raised in Iowa, I attended Iowa State University, studying Child and Family Services. After raising our young family in Chandler, we continue to call Arizona home. I am blessed to be with Oasis Senior Advisors helping families with the options to transition to senior living. Helping you overcome those obstacles is my passion. My journey in the senior industry began after personally going through the aging process with my mother. My siblings and I didn't know where to start to get the proper care for my mother. There were so many things that I didn't know and medical terms I didn't understand, and the process became very frustrating. After months of educating myself, I realized there had to be more families going through the same thing my family had dealt with, and there had to be a better process. 

Oasis Senior Advisors is that better process. 

I started in the mortgage industry in 1992, shortly after graduating from University of Hawaii at Hilo.  I was born in the Philippines, but lived most of my life in Hawaii and now reside in Chandler since 1994.  I volunteer at charitable venues throughout the valley like Paz de Cristo Outreach, Feed My Starving Children, Andre House, United Food Bank, and A New Leaf when possible in hopes of helping others in need.

As a Senior Loan Officer, I like to listen to my clients' needs in order to provide options with the right mortgage product and their situation.  I pride myself in providing excellent customer service, walking clients through the loan process and putting their needs first.  I believe in conducting business with transparency and honesty while educating clients with the loan process.  I truly love to help make home ownership possible and can help with a refinance as well.

Harvey Gibson serves as the Business Development Officer at Landings Credit Union, where he has been employed since 2003, helping members achieve their financial goals.  He joined the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and the Ambassadors Committee in 2000. He has volunteered at numerous chamber events and has served on several nonprofit boards in the community.
Harvey grew up in suburban Kansas City earning a B.S. degree in Education at Missouri State University before moving to the valley in 1990 Harvey enjoys history, bicycling and woodworking. He and his wife Dara and their grandson Haydan live in Tempe.

Born in Richmond Hill, Queens, I moved to the desert in 1971 when my folks decided a dry climate would be better for the health of their asthmatic young boy.  After learning to drive, I really began to cultivate my penchant for working on cars and building hot rods.   I met my one and only wife, Linda, in 2000 and made her marry me in 2002.  We have two 4-legged children.  After utilizing my talents with a hammer and saw doing fix-n-flips for a year, 2002 was also the start of my real estate carrier. It also lead me to the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, where I have been a member since 2006 and an ambassador since 2007.  I joined the board of directors in 2013 and have been the chair of the Ostrich Festival going on 7 years. All of my work with the Chamber has afforded me the opportunity to give back to a community that has given me so much, not only in terms of growing my real estate business, but in personal growth, as well.

Crystal grew up outside of Philadelphia, Pa.   Before she moved here to Chandler, AZ she lived in Beaverton, Oregon for 22 years.   Crystal started helping people with Arbonne in 2007.   She enjoys helping people create and maintain healthy sustainable lifestyles with Arbonne.  She teaches easy health habits, educates on personal care products and creates plans for her client’s specific needs.  She enjoys being the connector to people and businesses.  As chamber ambassador and mentor to new businesses she helps them navigate through chamber.  Outside of business Crystal enjoys working on causes for special needs children and animal rescues. 

David has been in the Financial Services industry for 19 years, and collaborates with his clients to achieve their financial goals through a variety of services.

Nick Padgett is the CEO of MoveCars.com, a 27-year-old auto transport directory he is transforming into a cutting-edge marketplace to make car shipping as easy as booking a flight online. A seasoned entrepreneur and software engineering leader, Nick has over two decades of experience in the automotive, transportation, and technology industries. He has scaled engineering teams from the ground up, led major innovations in auto logistics, and is passionate about connecting businesses and consumers with efficient, transparent solutions. Nick is an active member of the Chandler community, contributing to local initiatives through his involvement in the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and other organizations.

Sally Putnam, a CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM Professional) started her financial planning career in 2004.  She quickly discovered a passion for helping clients through difficult times: Divorce, Death of a loved one, Disability and stepping out of the working world into Retirement. Sally became a CDFA® (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) because of her passion for helping clients through the divorce process. She is the founder of NOW Financial, a financial planning practice that helps clients through those “Now What do I do” moments. 

Renée Richeson is the Marketing Specialist for Signarama Chandler. Originally from Indiana, she attended Mesa Community College achieving dual Associates Degrees, one in Communications and one in Fine Arts. Chandler has been her home since 2001. In her position at Signarama Chandler, she is always enthusiastic and excited to help businesses become more visible to all their potential clients. She is proud to say Signarama Chandler is consistently one of the top five Signarama franchises in the World. Renée is proud to serve the Chandler Chamber as an Ambassador and has been awarded Ambassador of the Year for 2021 and 2022.  

The mission of our company is to help employers provide the best quality healthcare to their employee at reasonable costs.  We work with the idea that the employee should be able to see his or her doctor with a nominal out of pocket cost and that the doctor will be available virtually or in person as needed.  Our system of direct primary care medical professionals typically saves the business 20 to 30 % of the costs that their group medical plan incurs.  
The emphasis of our plans is to help the employee enjoy a healthy life and become a better employee.  In addiction, our years of experience in this field allows us to build programs that help reduce costs and maintain low premiums.

Chris Rothert assumed the role of area director for Young Life in Chandler, Arizona, in June of 2020. A dedicated follower of Jesus Christ, Chris possesses a profound passion for Young Life’s mission. His unwavering commitment revolves around the transformation of today’s youth and families within the Chandler community. His primary focus is on cultivating positive and fruitful relationships with all schools under the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD), as well as with community members and influential business leaders in Chandler itself.

Chris adopts a faith-centered approach to eliminate barriers from the lives of young individuals, ensuring that Young Life events and camps are accessible to middle school and high school students across the board. His overarching objective is to nurture the leaders of the next generation through mentorship and regular gatherings, all while imparting knowledge about the good news of Jesus Christ.

I have 25 plus years in the banking industry and currently as branch manager of Amtrust Bank, A Division of Flagstar Bank. We set ourselves apart by our relationship banking, working to put our clients in a better financial position. Lisa Scott has served the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and the Chandler community in several different roles since 2017. When Lisa isn’t volunteering or spending time with family and friends, she is a Real Estate Agent with Good Oak Real Estate who specializes in making buying or selling your home as simple and stress-free as possible. Lisa also has 20 years of experience leading customer service operations for PayPal and Venmo.

Robert grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and growing up would travel to Arizona every summer to spend time with family that lived in the Phoenix area.  He was very active in sports, and had opportunities to play college football.  After a serious knee injury, he decided to move to Arizona and attend ASU.  After school, he started working for Intel Corporation, and in 2020 celebrated his 25th year of service.  During his Intel career, Robert continued his passion for fitness, becoming a cycle and boot camp instructor for Mountainside Fitness Ocotillo.  This is where he met his wife Kary, Together in 2018 they founded Yoga's Arc.  A mobile-based yoga company, with over 30 certified instructors whose company motto is "Yoga for Everyone, Anywhere, Any Time!". 

Delaney is an Arizona native with a passion for her community. Growing up in Ahwatukee, both her parents were in the local real estate industry which set the groundwork for her entrance into a mortgage career. Achieving homeownership at 23, Delaney learned the value of the “American Dream.” Delaney is most fulfilled in her career when giving other first-time homebuyers the education and tools they need in order to experience the same freedoms. The Chamber has offered her opportunities to build her leadership skills, broaden her network, and give back to her community. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors as well as an Ambassador, and also acts as the liaison between the two.

Seth has built his reputation on establishing trust, being dependable and efficient.  After spending the last 2 decades in hotel and golf management, he eagerly stepped into the mortgage industry and continues to rely on his strength in both finance and friendships. He’s an avid reader, and always up to date, working diligently to make sure you are treated fairly with speed and accuracy.
Seth is fluent in Spanish, and also knows an out of this world salsa recipe in his spare time, he enjoys quick trips to Northern Arizona with his family. His passions are Muay Thai, hunting, and cheering on his Arizona Cardinals. Grateful for an amazing group of friends and opportunities in his hometown of Chandler, Arizona.

 
Leslie Vogt was born and raised in Arizona, one of the few Arizona natives.  Leslie enjoys walks and traveling.  She enjoys shopping, especially second-hand stores looking for great deals and unique items.  Leslie is the Chief Operating Officer for their family-owned CPA firm where she oversees all operations, including the development of new systems and processes.  Her favorite thing to do during tax season is meet with clients!  She enjoys mentoring business owners, self-improvement material, and volunteering for local nonprofit organizations – currently, Matthews Crossing.
