The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the field sales team and becomes the point of reference on all administrative matters. Attention to detail is absolutely required. The goal is to facilitate the team's sales activities to maximize their performance and minimize their administrative burden as to allow them to focus on their core responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist sales leaders in training new business consultants on the sales process and systems necessary to complete the process.
  • Accurately audit sales documentation, communicate its completeness to sales team members, and submit it to the correct department.
  • Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness and inform the Business Consultant of unforeseen delays or problems from other departments on their request for proposal.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines, processes, and policies.
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to Sales Leader.
  • Assure necessary promotional or marketing materials are available.
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
