System Support Specialist
Your primary responsibility is to assist our clients and other departments with questions, requests, and issues regarding G/L services. You must be able to work as a team, under pressure and in a fastpaced environment, it is required to have good phone etiquette, complete assigned projects in a timely manner, have organizational skills, problem-solving skills, basic accounting knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily workflow of the team.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met.
- Provide feedback to management about the current workload.
- Correspond with clients via email and phone in a timely manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of a client's GL file (i.e., updates or missing GL accounts).
- Assist in performing a final review of a client's GL setup.
- Assist in taking notes during client phone calls.
- Assist the team with payroll errors.
