SOLLiD Cabinetry was founded in 2008 with a specific goal in mind: to provide cabinet dealers and their customers with high quality, low cost, durable, custom and semi-custom cabinets in a timely manner. We use glue and staples to assemble our cabinets. This Build to Order approach allows us to assemble the products onsite, ensure proper assembly and produce a quality finished product. Our products are manufactured and warehoused in our Chandler, Arizona facility. We offer quality constructed cabinetry that does not break the budget. Our all wood products are of the highest quality and we offer an array of beautiful styles and finishes.

The Part-Time Facilities Support Technician manages systematic cleanliness, floor safety, and visual presentation of a 278,000-square-foot, cabinet manufacturing facility. Operating unique industrial machinery, this role navigates high-traffic production zones to mitigate specialized manufacturing hazards like sawdust and adhesive buildup while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Additionally, the technician oversees front-of-house lobby aesthetics, assists with minor cleaning of dining facilities, and acts as the primary custodian for equipment stewardship and routine machine maintenance
Detailed Job Duties

Industrial Floor Operations · Operate the Tennant M20 Integrated Scrubber-Sweeper and Tennant T300 walk-behind floor scrubber .
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of a 278,000-square-foot cabinet manufacturing facility across eight distinct production departments.
- Navigate high-traffic zones and tight manufacturing lanes to clear dust, debris, and industrial byproducts without disrupting production flow.

Facility Safety & Maintenance
- Mitigate cabinet manufacturing hazards, specifically performing sawdust mitigation and adhesive removal in designated areas.
- Ensure all walkways remain unobstructed and safe to comply with facility safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Manage cleaning chemical inventory, tracking dilution ratios and monitoring stock levels safely.
- Report structural or surface damage within the facility directly to the maintenance supervisor immediately.

Front-of-House Aesthetics
- Maintain public-facing spaces to a "customer-ready" standard, including the primary lobby, entrance ways, and dining areas.
- Coordinate floor care schedules around peak operational hours to minimize disruptions in administrative and public zones.
- Perform nightly closeout duties, ensuring all trash bags in the dining areas are replaced before the end of the shift.
- Sanitize shared amenities, including the systematic cleaning and upkeep of both facility soda dispensers.

Equipment Stewardship
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections and post-shift maintenance on the Tennant M20 and T300 units.
- Execute routine mechanical upkeep, including squeegee adjustments, high-pressure washing of scrubber brushes, and machine detailing.
- Manage battery health and charging logs according to standard manufacturer specifications.
- Enforce equipment safety storage, ensuring all machinery is properly parked, charged, and labeled at the end of every shift.

- · Ability to bend, reach, stretch, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.
- · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- · Ability to work on a factory floor around dust, noise, machinery, forklifts, and moving production activity.
- · Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
