High intensity interval training using basic boxing technique. Total body workout. Trainer is included for the workout! 35 minute workout modified for every client. Whether you are brand new to working out or an elite athlete this is the workout for you! 10 stations to work on different punches, kicks, footwork, and agility. Clients finish their workout in the ring with a trainer doing pad work. Our clients range in age from 14-70.
